Payments are made by bank transfer or PayPal through our accounting software, Xero. We do not collect or store credit card details on our website.

Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type. This information is aggregated and does not directly identify you.

Our website is hosted by Webflow, and our videos are embedded from Vimeo and YouTube. These services may also set cookies or collect technical information when you visit.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Sharing your information

We only share your personal information:

• With trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, analytics, email and accounting providers

Photos and films of people and places

Our work often features homes, spaces and the people in them. If you appear in, or own a property featured in, any of our published photos or films and would like it changed or removed, please contact us and we will respond promptly.

Storage and security

We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, tax records), and then delete it securely. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
